During the past sixteen years Rick has provided Leadership & Management Consulting & Training in over a half dozen countries for organizations such as USAID, the Public Health Institute, the National Audubon Society, Institute for Central America Studies, WorldTeach, Project Concern, the YMCA, Santa Cruz County, Marin Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and others. Areas for which Rick has provided leadership include health reform, educational reform, watershed management, adolescent health promotion, and sustainable tourism. Fluent in English & Spanish, Rick is experienced with cross-cultural issues.
