1.1.                      Hire manager to oversee transition by June 30, 2007.

1.2.                      Have new management structure in place six months prior to transition and initial management team hired by transition date.

2.     Remain a fully functional hospital immediately following an earthquake or other natural disaster.

2.1.                      Meet mandated seismic requirements within allotted time.

2.2.                      New parking structure (first phase of new construction) completed by January 31, 2010.

2.3.                      New wing—with a minimum capacity of 80 licensed beds and configuration allowing hospital upgrade to level II Trauma service—constructed and operational by 2013.

3.     Be recognized as a high quality healthcare provider.

3.1.                      Make public within a month of providing management for Marin General Hospital an assessment of the quality of its services (“quality baseline”).

3.2.                      Within two years of providing management for Marin General Hospital, rank in the top 20% of comparable facilities statewide (OSHPD or other acceptable standards).
